The Student Information System (SIS) Parent Account Access allows parents access to attendance information, report card grades and other useful information.

• New Users: Please use the parent account registration page to register your account. You will need an activation key to log in for the first time. FCPS mails this information to parents new to FCPS or whose activation key has expired.

  • Please email Michael Newbold at mcnewbold@fcps.edu if your activation key expired or you are having issues logging onto your Parent Vue Account. Please include your name, email address, student's name, students ID number and a short description of what the issue is.

• Returning Users:  Please go to https://sisparent.fcps.edu to log in to your Parent Vue Account.

• Parent Schoology Access: Parents must have a Parent Vue account in order to have parent access to Schoology. If you lost your access to Schoology, please create your Parent Vue account.

Information concerning dishonored checks: 

Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) gladly accepts checks and ACH electronic debits (echecks) from an individual’s bank account for payment of various school related purchases and fees. In the event a check or ACH electronic debit is not honored by the bank, the returned item will be sent to a third-party check collection service, Checkredi Payment Services. Using a third-party vendor reduces the administrative burden placed on school personnel. Please note that a returned check fee will be charged to the check writer in addition to the face value of the check. The Commonwealth of Virginia allows a returned check fee of up to $50. The individual’s account will be debited electronically for the face value amount and charged a fee of $30 per returned item. If funds are not available, a Checkredi Payment Services representative may contact the individual to arrange payment. When an individual issues a check or authorizes an ACH electronic debit from their bank account, they agree to these terms and conditions.
