A Celestial Spectacle Witnessed at Clearview Elementary!
A universe of wonder! Students gaze at the eclipse through the magic of pinhole viewers.
This week, Clearview Elementary witnessed a truly awe-inspiring event – a solar eclipse! Our curious learners in 4th and 5th grade had the incredible opportunity to safely observe this celestial phenomenon using specially made pinhole viewers.
The excitement was palpable as students gathered, eager to catch a glimpse of the sun partially obscured by the moon. The pinhole viewers, crafted with care by the students themselves, projected a safe and fascinating image of the eclipse onto a surface. Witnessing this natural wonder firsthand sparked a flurry of questions and enthusiastic discussions about space, astronomy, and the wonders of our universe.
